Being at the entry of this property, we can spot two mosaics which invite us entering this house. Following the hallway and turning left, we can find a walk-in closet which gets us into the first toilet.

Following we enter in the dining-living room where we must point out a big table with its chairs, fireplace, sofa and TV. Next to the fireplace and leveraging the space under the stairs we find a little space which is perfect for using as a storage room. Crossing the dining room, we get to the kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, coffee machine, microwave, gas stoves and a fridge. Continuing straight on, we find a little laundry room where the washing machine and the water heater are located. From this laundry room we get access to this house’s garden. From the dining room we can also get to the terrace where we find a table with its chairs. This space is perfect for sharing meetings and outdoor meals. If we go up to the house’s first floor, we can find three double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. Out of the three bedrooms, one gets a complete view of the garden, another one is interior and has air circulation and the third one has a balcony that is looking towards the Monastery’s square.

This property is rented fully equipped and with furniture. This house has air conditioner in every bedroom and the dining room. The shutters are made of aluminium and have double glass.
